Julia Keeling

Nicole And Aayron's Wedding

     On May 27th, 2011, I had the opportunity to photograph Nicole and Aaryon's wedding.  The wedding took place on a boat on Lake Michigan.  It was an amazing experience to be on a boat, looking at the skyline of Milwaukee, while the sun was setting, and the day was turning to night.  I also got the opportunity to take some photos at the art museum before the boat departed.  Below are some shots from the wedding.  Hope you enjoy.

Gayper Day 2011

Gayper Day is an unofficial holiday in Summit County, Colorado that is celebrated on April 1st of every year.  The term "Gayper" refers to a tourist in Summit County.  Gaypers generally have neon gear from the 80's and 90's.  Gayper Ski attire also includes the following:  Texas Longhorn Apparel, Jeans, Cowboy Hats, One Piece Suits, and Non Parabolic 190cm Skis.

Locals from all over the county dress up on "Gayper Day" to mock the tourists.  It has really turned out to be a big event here in Summit County over the last few years.   Below are a few pictures I took at Breckenridge to give you a better visual.

Sunny Day In The Park

Well it was another sunny day in Breckenridge and despite my messed up neck/back I got out to the mountain to enjoy some of it.  Below are a few photos I snapped in the park.

Billy' Bowl

Here are some photos from the other day.  It was my first time to Billy's Bowl.  Billy's Bowl is about a 20 minute hike from the Mercury chair in Breckenridge.  It was fun to go somewhere new and different, and away from the crowds.  Other than the cornice breaking out from underneathe Tim and Zach, the adventure went well.  Hope you enjoy!
